  • Share clear, unedited video footage of the unboxing process (from start to finish).

  • Include supporting photos showing the issue in detail.

Without valid video and photo proof, we will not be able to process any claims. This policy ensures transparency and helps us resolve genuine concerns effectively.

  • As many of our products involve manual or handmade elements, minor variations in color, texture, or packaging may occur. These are not considered defects.
